i have a wall up at all times, but, once i let people in, the wall comes down.
brick by brick, that wall comes down and exposes me for all to see.
nothing there to protect it.
then, you feel little pebbles hitting you. rocks. it starts to rain. nothing there to protect you at all.
i don't like having my wall down when things like that start happening.
maybe i should just go to home depot and order a pallet of bricks...
...at times, i think it just needs to go back up.
trust, people. trust.
it is what helps tear the wall down, and makes it quickly come back up once you start seeing how some people are.
putting it back up hurts. it is a lot of work - keeping it up and making sure no one else comes in...
some walls, i don't mind having up. it is better that way. but some... the ones that were let down and now you have to build a little bit of... it hurts...
...but sometimes, it is the only way to go...
...a wall would have been a good thing today.
:heavy sigh:
anyway, anyone reading this, let me borrow your ps2 games - i need something fun to play behind my wall and something that becky can join me behind my wall.
anyway, on a non brick-and-miter note, things look really promising with selling my car today. the person came today (not the first person who kind of strung me along and didn't call to let me know he was no longer interested... douchwad), i explained to him what was wrong with the car and that it wasn't safe for the road in the condition it was in now seemed really interested. he was looking for a car for his fiance, she just got her license and wanted something he can work on and not worry if she crashes it up (because he didn't want his car or truck crashed up... hehehehe!). so, hoping it'll be a done deal this week. if not, i have others still lined up interested in it, so that is a good thing.
anyway, my head is pounding, i think i need to relax for now before heading off to bed.
hope all is well, and honestly, let me borrow your ps2 games. let me know what you got - i want to borrow stuff and will have them in the same condition you gave them to me in (those that know me, i treat my video games, movies, music, etc.) in great condition, so it is in good hands.
anyway, good night.
borrow,
walls,
liars,
ps2 games
