sick, but did some shopping....
been sleeping, waking up, sleeping, waking up and sleeping... that is about all i have been doing, and about all i'm up to doing today. well, i'm sure i'll shower to get some germs all cold and dead...
and, currently looking through amazon.com right now... feel the need to cash in my gift credit and get myself some things...
so, here is what i'm getting:
dvd:
'god of cookery' - a stephen chow film, i think it is not in print from tai seng anymore, so that means they no longer have the rights, or another company is going to put it out... but, wanted to get it because i like stephen chow, saw the movie before and loved it (can't go wrong with a spoof of 'iron chef'), and didn't want to take a chance on a re-release from another company that might screw it up (like they did with "heroic trio" and "iron monkey")...and, it was cheap, so... lucked out.
'kung fu mahjong' - have the second movie... so, want to watch the first before going forward...
'lady vengeance' - can now finally finish off this trilogy...
'drink drank drunk' - silly hk romantic comedy... i like miriam yeung...

'tremolo' [ep] from my bloody valentine - i keep hearing the rumor this is going to be re-released, plus 5 new songs from 3 out of the 4 members of mbv... i can only hope... but, heard this rumor in 2004, so... :sigh:
'thunder, lightning, strike' by the go! team [import] - well, it's an import to me, but to my friends in the uk, it's not... but, it was priced nice for an import through another seller and curious to hear more from this band... and, yes, found out about them through the 'lumines 2' game for the psp...
so, my little purchases for the day... and, with the credit i had, plus the other credits i had already, only had to spend about $7 out of pocket... honestly, not too shabby.
i think i will take a shower, try to wake up, only to maybe fall back asleep...
