Fuck yes bandwagon. Please keep in mind that I might take a while to get to actually writing these--I still have homework to finish and I might be too dumb to write anything decent by then, but I want to be in b4 meme dies down anyway so. :(

"Ruby-kun!?" Ranka exclaims, rushing to the entryway of the inn. Ruby is dripping wet from head to toe, and outside a tropical storm rages on. He has a sour expression on his face that Ranka frowns at, but she is more concerned with his health than his complaints. She quickly finds a towel for him, and yelps a little when he unleashes a sickly sneeze.
After he's all dried up, she scolds him for being irresponsible. Being five years his senior, Ranka authoritatively places her hands on her hips as she continues to wonder out loud why he was outside when a storm was going on. Though he had always been the one helping her at the start, Ranka grew to care a lot for Ruby like she would a younger brother. There were times--like when he approached her with a "girl problem" for the very first time--that made Ranka glad she could be of some help to him. Ranka finishes her speech, but quickly realizes Ruby was not paying much attention to begin with.
Nevertheless, she makes him some hot chocolate as a treat to help him feel better, and sits by the inn's fireplace with him as the storm continues outside. Ranka hopes she's not being a terrible bore to him especially when he's sick, but as soon as he describes something as "beautiful," she knows he'll be alright.
