Cry me a river...
When did I become a big Barbra Streisand fan? I keep jamming out to her greatest hits album which, for some reason, I own.
In other news I bought a new laptop today with my tax refund. Macbook. The cheap one. It'll get here some time within the next two weeks, which works for me because this old girl is dying a slow death. I don't think I mentioned this on here, but it is now missing the Caps Lock and 'A' key. Also the fan is loud because I dropped it a couple times back in the day. And the battery is dying. And I don't like this version of iPhoto at all. And I'm really OCD and am already fantasizing about the new folders I can make and about all the files I can sift through on my old laptop!
But yeah so it's coming soon and on top of that I saved $300 on it because my friend gave me his Apple discount. I called him to ask him if iWork was going to be strange to use (Apple's version of Microsoft Office) and then lo and behold he gave me a mad discount. I'm sending him a thank you card because he's amazing.
I was in such a good mood after the Apple experience that I went frolicking through Central Park and I had a Magnola cupcake (best in the city, thus far) and then had some really good Thai food with Leandra - they didn't charge me for extra rice!!!
