I hate being hassled by those people in the stalls in the middle of shopping malls trying to sell you stuff. Normally I'm fine because I have my iPod with me and I look sufficiently antisocial. I forgot it today though, and like, they pounced! I'm too nice to say "I don't want the new Vodafone plan kthanx, now GTFO." So I spent 7 minutes while this chick painted all sorts of eyeshadows etc on the back of my hand. I was like, "um, I don't think I want to buy a lipgloss that can also double as nail polish?" As soon as I fought free, another girl pounced and was like, "HERE. LET ME STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR WITH THIS AWESOME STRAIGHTENER FROM THE UK." I did say no to that however, because letting my hair free while hundreds of people walk past? Just, no. And she goes, "do you straighten your hair every day?" Lady, I'm a full time science student, as if I would have the time. XD
Look what now sits next to my Merlin box! I think I should start collecting popcorn boxes.
Also, Aussie f-listers who've seen Star Trek! Did you see who played Kirk's dad? CHRIS HEMSWORTH. Lol. He's come a long way since Home and Away. I was like, "OMFG, it's Kim!" Um, what, don't look at me like that. I only watched H&A because it was practically required at an all-girls boarding school. Yes. *shifty eyes*
