No where to go, no one to call
I woke up today and found a piece of popcorn stuck in my cell phone where the charger plugs in. In trying to fish it out with a comb, I managed to mangle and completely fuck up the phone, and now it won't charge at all. Since it's out of battery, it is officially dead and I'll have to get a new one. Does anyone know what happens when you buy a new phone? Do I have to get a new number? Do I have to get a new contract? How does this work?
I'll have some time to wait for responses since I'm trapped in Zion. I've spent winter break in Zion because we only have two cars and my brother uses his for deliveries. Usually I take my Dad's truck after he gets home from work, but today, he's going straight to an Elks meeting afterwords. So unless my aunt is willing to drive me around and take me to get a new phone, today is not looking too promising.
