SURPRISINGLY YES. It's very rare though and I can only think of a few at the top of my head. I HATE JUSTICE FREAKS. And I mean the people who do things "for justice" but in their own selfish way. I can't stand those type of characters! They say they want to do things because it's JUST, but the truth is that most of the time, they're not thinking about other people! They just think about themselves and using "justice" as an excuse. IT PISSES ME OFF LIKE NO OTHER.
Like Tousen from Bleach or Furuichi from Xam'd. GOD, FURUICHI. I HATE HIM THE ABSOLUTE MOST. FUUU, SO MUCH ANGER IN ONE CHARACTER. I mean, I can see where he's coming from near the end but god. FURUICHI. FUCK. AUGHASDKLJ9se9045u7dghioGFU9GR.
I used to hate characters like Aerith and Rinoa but I found that the reason I hated them was that I didn't understand wtf their motivations or anything were. After I RPed them and see where they were coming from and filled in the gaps, I actually ended up liking them more (esp in the case of Rinoa).
But like I said, they are minor few. :|a And even now, I don't hate Tousen AS much. I think it's just Furuichi. And I guess characters like Tucker from FMA but they're suppose to be hateable I think so they don't really count.

Anyways um, there are a lot of characters that I really dislike but few that I hate so much that I will just rant and rave about them. The only two I can think of off the top of my head are Saki from Durarara and Idamaria from Defense Devil.
Idamaria actually does that JUSTICE thing that irritates you and she's a damn racist on top of it. She's like, ALL DEMONS ARE EVIL I MUST ERADICATE ALL DEMONS even though the main character IS A DEMON and he had saved her life on more than one occasion, been nothing but nice to her, and overall never gives her ANY reason to hate or distrust him she still STUBBORNLY ADHERES TO HER WHOLE DEMONS ARE EVIL AND YOU ARE EVIL TOO JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A DEMON. That and the mangaka has an obvious bias towards her, drawing a shit ton of fanservice pictures like ISN'T SHE JUST SO BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT AND DON'T YOU JUST LOVE HER-- no.
Saki... I hate how she says she loves Kida but then she turned around and put him in danger because of Izaya's orders or whatever. Admittedly it's been a long, long time since I've read/watched that part of the series but my hatred for her just simmers forever because I just cannot fathom why you would ever do that to someone you claim to love. I'm biased because of how much I love Kida but every time I see her I rage... and yeah I know most/all relationships in Durarara are pretty fucked up but what the hell.
Fandom also skews my opinions of characters a lot, especially when people give them more credit than they're due. The more irritating a character's fans are the more irritated I get at the character themselves LOL. I especially hate when characters do something incredibly stupid and end up putting themselves or the rest of the cast in danger but then get praised for being brave/taking initiative.
ANYWAYS I could rant about this forever and ever but in summary there are actually a lot of characters that I dislike or get annoyed at, but my feelings tend to fluctuate.
