Well I was already pretty sure you didn't have a penis ;) but I don't think either that your pic does show one (not just because I have one and should know but also the site from which your pic comes talks just about vaginas and vaginal yeast infections).

I'm not too good in guessing such close-ups but the context of the site where I found the picture http://www.brooksidepress.org/Products/Military_OBGYN/Textbook/Discharge/Discharge.htm (at the very end), it's title "Military Obstetrics & Gynecology Vaginal Discharge" and that it looks as it was made through a tube made me think it was from inside a vagina.
