**Update**
It is finished. I have called all of them crossed out and told them of my intentions. That was excruciatingly hard for me. Utah State was the worst-- I told a college that is accredited to be up there with the best colleges (top 3% as I've heard) that I don't wish to attend their school. This is after they give me an $11,000 scholarship to be split over two years, plus a housing scholarship. This is after I toured USU and had to remind myself I didn't know for sure if I was going to attend this oh-so-friendly campus or not. USU, I love you, you are just very expensive without a strong art program in hand. I'm sorry, USU. I've chosen Be whY yoU.
