With summer coming soon there is only one thing that comes to mind- BBQ. There is nothing like throwing some meat on the grill on a summer afternoon with a nice cold glass of lemonade. As this wonderful season makes its way here, there are some tough choices to be made. What to cook first? Which glass to put that lemonade in? But in all seriousness, there is always a lot of confusion about preparing meat for BBQing. Is it better to brine, marinade or use dry rubs?
While browsing the internet I came across a
site that broke down when to use each of the different options really well.
Now this is all a personal choice, and this is just a nice guide. Try different things out and see what works for you. Also experiment with the spices and marinades that you do choose to use. There are a lot of options out there. Get creative and go wild.
