i bet my uncle that i can lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. i have to lose it by halloween morning (october 31st). this is soo sweet, its gonna be the easiest 100 bucks i ever made.

no man, ive been on a diet for 1 month as of tomorrow (ill weigh myself in the morning to see how much i lost and ill let everyone know). i planned to continue this diet until i weighed 175 pounds and i still plan to. but if i can make 100 bucks off of it, why not? all i gotta do is push myself a little harder this month. i have been lazy the last month and i didnt run much, i think only once, and i played basketball just once, but ima run much more this time around. jesus christ, just ten pounds in 4 weeks, thats 2 and a half pounds a week, that aint shit...i hope.

Try doing squats, Pushups, and sit ups

If u can do 35 pushups without stoping and 110 situps without stopping and 30 squats call me lol but ya, start doing that 2, even if u can only do 3 pushups than do it, and do 3 every 5 minutes on ur days off or try to do 1 extra each time u do them

i've done as record 15 push-ups, and i can do 69 sit-ups in 1 minute. as for my diet, its sucked this month, i lost zero fucking pounds, im pissed off. i gotta work my as off this month so i can make that 100 bucks and so i can be better in general.

Mike, working out wont make u loose weight, unless ur retarded thinking it will, what working out does is make u gain weight, but u just wont have high body fat % ull just be more muscle lean which is fucking good. or just stop fucking eating and put down the fork, just eat breakfast skip dinner and than eat like 1 sandwhich before sleep.
