Lollapalooza 2010
So this last weekend, Zoe, Nathaniel, Dom and I drove to Chicago and attended Lollapalooza. It was incredible.. here are the bands I saw.
Day One:
-The Walkmen
-Mavis Staples feat. Jeff Tweedy
-Raphael Saadiq
-Devo
-Dirty Projectors
-The Black Keys
-The Strokes (that's right)
Then I went to a party and got drunk with some of these bands and other cool bands.. and celebrities from tv shows that you have seen. lol
Day 2:
Warpaint
Gogol Bordello
Deer Tick
Metric
Spoon
Green Day (so bad)
Day 3:
Nneka
The Dodos
The Cribs
Minus the Bear
Yeasayer
Erykah Badu
part of Wolfmother
part of Cypress Hill
Soundgarden
Arcade Fire
Then after-party at the hotel where we watched Mumford & Sons, and partied with Warpaint and like 15 other people in our hotel room. And I have survived to tell the tale..
Good Friends.. + Great Music.. = mind-blowing weekend
