Just went to Verizon, cause my phone is BROKE... and of course, they didn't have a replacement for me. No no, I have to order one, and they will send it to me in 5-10 BUSiNESS DAYS. Which of course means, never. No phone, for the longest time, it's so miserable. AND I'm paying a monthly bill, to not have a phone for like 2 weeks. Fuck that.
