Hustle & Flow
Just got back from seeing Hustle & Flow.
It was very ....... It was much like I expected, except for the ending. There was no twist, there was no surprise. It ended much like you might be led to believe it should end, but they took a route you might not expect. The movie had a feeling of authenticity, as though it was a composite of many true stories. I wish, though, that the main character had more of a journey. Or perhaps, I was just not in tune with the finer points.
Anyway, it was an interesting.
