[NT] Introduction
This really isn't a wise choice, telling me to introduce myself. You may wind up getting my entire life story, without even realizing it, because I tend to just keep talking and talking, and I don't really know how to stop myself. It is a bit frustrating at times, but really, if you tell me to stop rambling, I'll shut up. I swear.
I'm the youngest of three children with two older sisters. I didn't really get to speak much when I was a child.
Anyway, bullet points to make everyone's life easier:
- My name is Ben.
- I'm a second year student in med school studying anthropology. That means, if I get a job, I will be cutting open dead people for a living.
- I'm currently working as an EMT while interning at the Miami Dade County Morgue.
- Ergo, I live in Miami.
- My father makes a ridiculous amount of money drilling for oil and otherwise destroying the environment, but I'm not exactly the oil tycoon type. And he is environmentally responsible, for the most part. (Aside from, you know, the whole drilling thing.)
- I like languages, and the components that make them up, and trying to take them apart and figure out how they work.
- Except for French. I have a deep dislike of the French language.
- But not the French people. I'm sure they're very nice, even though I've met very few of them.
