Low and rare be know as the Criollo bean
Its moldy soil bruises and taints its wilted leaves
For it cultivates lust, but scarecrow scare away
But popular miss used Forastero bean
Hides its lust deep and distant in artificial light
Both trimmed and dormant by the plantation owners, for cold one hot
Both pods ripen in one spot, for harvest full year
Criollo screams repot, while Forastero whispers same
"Chocolate liquor for all" they shout, (but contains no alcohol)
Mixed so well, for the one true cocoa butter
For Criollo mutters passion extremely high
Molded and solidified in affectionate shapes
Recipe moans for two of two; sugar and milk
Kneaded between hard and soft tears
To form the sweet and forever chocolate flavor
