Cooking in Poverty 10

Hey, guys! I've been without internet for the past couple weeks. Sometimes, other financial obligations are more important than the intarweb. But, as if to say that I am back, I have a post for you.

Pictures, commentary, and instruction inside. Quality pending. )

Still allergic to any form of capcaisin and outside the peppers it would most likely be in any perperoni :( Take out the cheese and butter and I am left with plain pasta :(

Aww, what are your dietary restrictions? I want to give you a special recipe.

no meat and dairy together, pig products or shellfish. Plus I am allergic to vinigear, capsaisin (all forms off bell peppers, most curries, all paprika) and cinnimon.

Cooking can be a challenge- especially when we invite over our neighbour- no beans or other legumes, no peanuts, no soy!

Can you find kosher soy pepperoni? It wouldn't work for your neighbor, but it would work for you?

There's always white beans and pasta, or just relying on cheese for a protein source, or ground beef/turkey and tomato sauce.
