so originally this was a reply to a post...but i think the word should be SPREAD!

i'm a driving type of person usually. but my husband and i started biking every other day or so (usually ending up at the grocery store). Not only has it kept our grocery cost down (because we only have a set amount of space in the backpack, and we don't get heavy and unhealthy things like juice or pop etc.)and kept our gas prices down (i went three weeks without having to fill up. usually its every week!) but it also has an added health benefit! See, I don't want to buy CRAP because i say to myself "i just burned 150 calories biking up here, do i really need chocolate covered granola bars? I think I'll spend the three dollars on strawberries instead." Also, ITS EXCERSIZE! FOR FREE! (lost 13 lbs already)

Getting off the couch, off the computer, and away from places where i SPEND MONEY has turned into this wonderful thing!

BIKING ROCKS (and keeps the dough in my bank account)
