some do. not all. but some. they are like the some who have foster kids for the extra bucks. sad fact of life.

a VERY small minority of people, and I HIGHLY doubt people give birth to children for welfare money, it would be less difficult to get a foster child. This is just a lie people tell the public to make them afraid of the evil welfare system.

see my comment below - i wasn't saying everyone. but, yea, in the city near me we see a LOT of that. perhaps not having kids just so they can get welfare, but definitely they aren't as careful as they can be because 'we can always get paid for it'.

ok. oh, i agree with you: thats a small minority, but it is there. people get the idea that its ALL the people and that's simply not true, and i wasn't stating that. i hope that wasn't taken that way!
