booo red ink

this community seems to know all sorts of cool tricks... here's my question: someone who shall remain unnamed, left a red pen in the pocket of their shirt and it went through the wash and dryer, destroying my favorite pair of khaki work pants (of course i had gotten them on super duper on sale at delias and they are discountinued) and it got red ink on a bunch of other clothes. is there any possible way to get the red ink out? the stuff its in is kind of light colored.

needless to say it hasn't been a good day.
