EEP! And okay, so he's not, but somehow I don't think that explaining what's really going on is going to help Charles much either...

I'm falling more in love with this story with every chapter! :D

*flails* I could sort of see that coming the moment he got the email but when it actually happened I clapped my hands to my face and went 'nooooooo'

Again, you handle each of the characters here so well - they're so distinct, and your Charles is so charmingly softhearted, and Erik so attractive in a very personal way as well as the physical, that you just root for them regardless of how hard you ship it, you root for them because of the way it's written. Really good work.

I love this story, and have in no way taken to printing it off and reading it during my lunch breaks at work :P Thanks for the update!

This whole comment made me laugh, thank you! "Oblivious doughnut" might be my favorite way I've seen Charles described.

That chapter was brilliant! Maybe except for the ending, but we all see it coming, right?
I just can't say how much I love your Charles. He is the best teacher ever and he is just so good person. The way he is worrying for Eric, Lorna and their neighborhood.
Can't wait for the next part, I really hope Charles won't be so much in troubles as it looks like ;)
Although if McCone dissmised him, he could help Eric more :D
