I decided fasting is not a good idea. I don't want to slow down my metabolism. Today I had around 400 calories, so not too bad. I had tea, orange juice, plenty of water, grapes, sunflower seeds, and peas. It sounds like a lot, but it's not too bad.
Also I exercised a lot today. Rollerbladed, biked, walked, and did some weights. Good day. Now all I have to do is loose 10-15 pounds. Then it's all good.
