just a note
We're officially back in town. We rented (or, rather, will be renting) a house in Collinsville. It's off of St. Louis Road kind of behind where Beck's Lodge used to be. It's a pretty nice house and the rent is less--by a significant amount--than what we were paying for a one bedroom apartment back in West Chester. The one problem with it is that people are still living in it. We're staying with my parents for now, but they'll be out by the end of next week, at which point we'll move in. In that vein, my parents internet gargles balls so I won't be on so much. Once a day, maybe to check my email, and that'll be about it.
Real quick, I'm fine, Randi Marie is fine, the cars are fine, the cats are fine, and we're all very excited to be back home. I have a job interview tomorrow for the specific management job I want at the Edwardsville Target. I've pretty much been told it's mine if I want it, which I do. It pays a dollar fifty more an hour than I'm making now, with the potential for as much overtime as I want. Which is going to come in handy, since I'm trying to furnish a house and have a baby. Also, when this goes through, I will officially be making more money than I've ever made in my life, by about six cents an hour, so that's nice.
