Brains for dinner brains for lunch....
I've been in many many different Mexican restaraunts and have seen cabeza(beef brains) on the menu in most of them. I always wondered who ordered this, do some people just love eating brains? Well, Sunday night I decided to find out what it's all about. "I'll have a cabeza taco and two steak tacos, please." It was kinda good. I crave your brains.
