not necessarily. sometimes you just get blood spots on the tissue if your butthole tears a tiny bit (you wouldn't even probably feel it), from like a big poop, vigorous wiping, etc... i get blood on the TP from time to time and it can be no big deal. if you have alot of blood or alot of pain or anything else weird... go see the doc. :)

i wouldnt worry about it. just go to the doctor if you still have it, but if its a little bit and only happened once, id forget about it
