Tee hee!
Had a really fun date with Nick on... uh... OH, it was Thursday. Lawl, me and my (lack of) memory.
We went bowling, then went to a pet store to stare at all the 'ittle critters, then we went to have dinner at Saigon Garden. OMG SO MANY VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. O_O I lurved that day muchly. Kind of like... starting over. It's nice. My feetsies still hurt from walkin' all over Marysville in boots. Somehow I knew I should have worn my Dr. Sholl's or whatever foot paddings. We got to talk and talk and talk, and I mostly talked, but that's okay. =D
I'm just so excited that this... this really can work! Yay!
Last night was... dumb. But it was okay, anyhow. We went to Kla Ha Yah Days, I still have no idea why we go there, mostly for dinner. We got free food by helping to park cars, Dad, Craig and I did most of the work. If you can call it that. BEWARE THE YELLOW FLAG OF DOOM! I'll make you park wherever the HELL I please. XD Some folks wanted to run me down. I was in charge of parking handicap cars, which is hard because most of them don't have the wheelchair on their license plate, and SO many people have things that resemble the card on their mirror.
There was a giant ditch in one of the rows... I kept thinking, "someone with forewheel drive is going to get stuck and WE'RE going to have to help them out." But my dad and Craig didn't see it that way, so they kept getting mad at me when I warned people--because, admittedly, it is fun watching people get stuck in ditches. But hauling cars out of them is NOT. *Snicker* Little cars practically got swallowed by it.
Free dinner and parking is good, though. Nothing bad about waving a flag and forcing tons of people into one row when there's a giant field of parking...
