Aoi's always been the type to just .. Say whatever he wanted to say. Just from reading old blogs that many people translated long ago, just seeing how outspoken he was on alot of subjects, I knew that eventually, if given the chance, he'd be the one [if Ruki didnt do it first] Say why it is they havent come overseas yet. Of course Ive been saying it FOREVER, but apparently those fans that just cant see past the end of their nose never get it. HE finally said it completely CLEARLY on his twitter. There is no mistaking it now... hopefully people will shut the fuck up about it now and just wait.  For those that dont follow any of the english translators on twitter or have a good .. GOOD translator on your computer...  BASICALLY Aoi said that they need to get more well known ON TOP OF having LOTS of sponsors/organizations help.
