- first make a new layer set to soft light and fill with a color like #C0E5FF
- make a new adjustment layer, hue/saturation, set sat to +20
- new adjustment layer, selective coloring
reds: C -100 Y +15
yellows: C -100 M -100 Y -100
cyan: C -100 M -100 Y +100
neutrals: C +12 M -20 Y -26 B +10
- make a new layer set to burn and fill with a color like #C0E5FF
- make a new adjustment layer, hue/saturation, set sat to +35
- new soft light layer filled with a color like #FFAED4
- at last new new adjustment layer, selective coloring
reds: C -100 Y +50
neutrals: B -10

and your done. other examples.



note: it won't work very well with light backgrounds. if you think it's to light add these steps to it

- make a new adjustment layer, hue/saturation, set sat to +10
- new adjustment layer, selective coloring
neutrals: C +100 M +50 Y +25 B +20

this is what you get if you use a light background and don't add the last two steps
