FINALLY
Ugh... I am back...
I finally have power back from the hurricane. Its been off since extremely early Thursday morning. It did not come back on until Saturday evening.
Of course everything in my fridge is toast. I will have to empty it tomorrow for the garbage. I had my favorite tree uprooted. It was a 16 ft tall weeping willow.
Then a large pine tree fell on the house. Fortunately it did not come through the roof. But when it did come done it took out the gate of the fence.
My roof leaked where part of the roofs shingle section was blown off. There are waterstains on my living room ceiling.
I have another pine tree in the back yard leaning way over and the ground pulled. It did not go all the way over, but I am going to have it taken down, so it does not take out the back deck.
NO power, and a period caused for a grouchy Kimberly... But I made it through alive and no serious damage. But I do understand the people on Big Brother. No tv or outside contact ... ugh it makes you a little crazy.
I will ramble on more. But after this wonderful, long, hot shower. Me = sleepy
Oh yes and I rescued a baby squirrel. I was going to keep it, because it just loved me it would sit up on my shoulder and just sleep. But I really did not know the best way to take care of it, so I decided to take it to my vets office. Man it was super cute though.
