So about that life thing...
Yeah, life's been interesting.
This play I'm wokring on (Merrily we Roll Along by Stephen Soundheim) is taking up my life. I literally just spent the last two weeks orchestrating the mass destruction and reconstruction of pianos for this set. Its been draining, but the outcome is awesome... go see the pictures they're up on facebook.
But there's this other thing, which is that the Technical Director (the guy in charge of building the show) and the Scene Designer (whom I work for) are at odds at each other alllll day. And it sucks because they like me (and I love all the other carpenters), but don't like him, so I have to try really hard not to take sides and be noncommittal when each side bitches about each other side. It's been really stressful, and so instead of blowing up at people or getting cranky, which I have done once or twice already anyway, I just get really despondent, and the world isn't as happy or beautiful as it usually is. At least summer is coming so I can sit out in the sun all day and get tan, tan, TAN.
Meh. That's all I feel like saying now.
