FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
So Marcus was wondering if I could help him out with his movie he's directing... helping out the art team. I was like "yeah sure, I got time, it'll be great". So he passes my info on to the production designer for this movie, and she sends me the most intimidating email of my life:
Hi Andrea,
I'm Nicolette, the production designer for The Skill of Security. Marcus passed me along your contact info. I'm not sure what he's told you, but attached is the script (you probably have it, but just in case) and some info on the time period and the two main characters that Marcus made for us to give us some more insight. We're pretty much set in prop collection. Are you available the weekend we shoot, the 26th-28th, to help set up? And do you have any skills in Adobe InDesign? We need to make a fake newspaper. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and my number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
I mean, it makes sense that she would think I was at least somewhat comfy with movie procedures, but SHIT, I barely know how to reply to this. "Um, hi. I'm kinda sorta interested in movies, sooooo... yeah. And I have no experience with anything you'd expect me to. Yep. This'll be great."
Fuck my life.
But it will be great... I guess. Somehow. At least I'll be enthusiastic. And potentially on set. So life will be good.
