Please DONATE $5 TODAY to Kids with Cancer - Blogathon July 25
Every year 650 new children are diagnosed with Neuroblastoma - NB - (pediatric cancer of the central nervous system) every year. The American Cancer Society does not believe that NB is worth funding, so NO money collected by the ACS goes towards NB research.
Band of Parents (my charity) was started by parents of NB children to fund the most promising treatment for these WORTHY kids. It's a mouse antibody 3f8 administered to the kids at MSKCC hospital in NYC.
Fundraising for these amazing kids is my calling. I've had the opportunity to meet a few of them. These are REAL kids who deserve a chance at life! These are not just names on a page.
Please help me help these children have a chance at life by donating now through July 31. You don't have to wait until July 25th! So far, we've reached $200 of our $2,500 goal.
