So... I found out today that I haven't been eating nearly enough. Its after dinner and a beer, and I've had less than 1800 calories today. That isn't healthy... so this nifty little free program
Http://www.fitday.com is scolding me about my nutrition, calorie intake, and exercise level. At least, it tells me what I've done, so I scold myself.
