I hate that the FA dropped it due to 'lack of evidence'. This way it's simply going to be Evra's word against Suarez's, and now Evra is going to get more abuse at Anfield and Suarez will get more abuse at Old Trafford because fans will stand behind their own players. It's what we do. *sigh*
There was talk of Suarez saying 'negro' to him, which basically means 'mate' or 'buddy'. I'm hoping that's it and it was all a misunderstanding.
(And, heh. In general, it's frustrating when someone is wrong on the internet, isn't it?)
I don't think there's much the FA can realistically do, while Evra seems adament and it sounds awful to say but it's something that is always going to be very hard to prove unless the referee heard it for himself. Yep, I think we're in for the usual booing for both players the next few meetings.
I heard that theory too, it's quite possible. Hopefully that'll be the case. It's not a nice situation at all.
(ah most definitely and twitter makes it worse because it's not just one person wrong, with all the retweets it's hundreds of wrong people. Brain goes into meltdown)
