Another year!
Hello my dusty old live journal. How I've neglected you as of late..
I've been really busy with life. Just like all of us in the world, I suppose. I finished this semester up with at A's again, but this time I got two A minuses!! I hate those. It dropped my GPA just enough to really ruffle my feathers. Even so... I GRADUATE IN MAY!!! AHHH!!! :)
Today was the first official day of school. I went to my field orientation. I thought it would help to take some of my fear away, but to no avail. I am just as nervous, if not more nervous. I start tomorrow at 9am @ Gift of Life Adoptions. I know I will be excited once the initial butterflies fly away but right now I seriously would eat my hand to get out of this. It doesn't help that Dink died yesterday and so I'm really bummed about that. She was such a good dog. :( So there you have it.. I'm scared and sad. Oh, and I'm totally PMSing and broke.
Even so, I'm positive for tomorrow.. and the rest of the year. Here are my resolutions:
1. Stick with being healthy. In all areas of life - eating, exercising, taking care of myself emotionally, spiritually and physically.
2. Be happier. Don't let anything take my joy.
3. Be more organized! I'm so much happier when I am.
Later gators, hopefully my next post will be about how awesome my first day at my internship was!
