Please sort your Blueyonder email service out. It's useless. Every single day this week my emails have suddenly stopped arriving just after lunch, only to be delivered several hours later (usually after midnight. Very useful when one of them is from my boyfriend telling me what time to expect him home). And your 'status ticket' information on the website is about as useful as a fart in a colander. Sort it. Now. Or I'll send someone round in the middle of the night to put a bat up your nightdress.
