life, cats and weekends
life can have sometimes an odd sence of humor and today I thank for it.
thanks to all who sent good thoughts to myron cat, he is doing better after profilaxis, having a few of his really few teeth removed and treated his gums. he begins to look more active and healthier every time (also has begun to chase polly when she tries to growl and hiss at him) and as every day passes... giving him his antibiotics turn everytime more complicate, which is a signal of him getting healthier and my hands running twice as much the risk of getting bit (with his few remaning teeth) and scratched (he has very sharp nails that, when he walks over tile and woden floor, sounds like if he hore high heel shoes)
Also I had a very amusing weekend. my parents went out of teh city for a couple of days leaving the house for me, myself and I alone with the cats and grandma. which also has ment to call a few friends to see if any would like to come and watch a few movies. saw FMA movie (for 2nd time) steamboy (for 3rd time) and FF: advent children (for the millionth time *giggle* sephirot is sooooo evil)
mty friend norma came to make the visit for a while, then gabycat came and did enjoy watching FMA and FFAC and then, my friend Elianeth showed up. It's been a while since I saw her for last time and suddenly she tells me, I have to go! ask her why and she tells me that there is a Manu Chao concert held in the Zocalo during the night, she asks me if I want to go with her and in less than a second I answer YESS!!!!!!! and then, our advebnture in the zocalo began. We sang at the top of our lungs "mala vida" (one of my favourite songs of when manu chao was still part of mano negra) and danced with the lots and lots of people that were in the place. it was a fun to do thing. I laughed a LOT!!! with my friends during the day. Norma as always reminding me why we have been friends for so long even when we put in shape ouyr toungue to make the more elaborate as posible sarcasms, Gaby with her comments and critics of anime and Elia with her funny and cute stories about her adventures for the last months in which we haven't seen each other.
My parents are enjoying the pleasures of the beautiful acapulco and the weather, the coconuts, the sea and the crowd that ios over there, I don't feel any kind of envy for them, because I wanted to get a vacation from them too *giggle* I love to be at home calmly doing some of the things that I sometimes don't have much chance to do because of them (such as inviting my friends to watch movies)
Aaaaaaaaaaaany ways.... my friend Elia invited me to take part of a storytelling marathon at the CNA that will be held in April and I agered to go with her. still, we have to discuss about the genere in which we will participate but I think that it will be a good and interesting experience for both of us. HAHA!!! I loved to see my friends and to see tha Myron cat is getting healthier each day. I have been so worried about the little bugger. I would like to thank again, and for teh millionth time Atala and Moni for helping myron and me with the donation they have made. thanks, thanks, thanks and thanks to you again!
