so, i just watched nanny 911 and i really wanted to kill the dad. he was just a real ass, and i think that if that family really wants to work, the dad needs to get the shoe. AAARRRR! he made me mad!
so i had work today utnil 3:30, and then i showed up late to rehearsal. it went better today, but i am still really concerned. we have only 2 more rehearsals before the show, and we still run into line issues. i also talked to holsclaw for a while about the thespian board and shtuff, and i did not get angry. baby steps!
i was going to watch an EXCELLENT bollywood movie tonight with my mom, but peter ray has invited me to a small soiree. i should cut it out with the movies though, i just saw charlie and the chocolate factory and absolutely loved it. mind you, there is no way to compare gene wilder and johnny depp, but i truly enjoyed seeing this take on the story. visually stimulating: check. creepy: check. cute little charlie: CHECK!
i also saw the fire water thing on saturday with mark, alex valinsky and jared. it wasn't very exciting at all, but huge amounts of people showed up to stare at grills stuck in the water, which really amused me. the people watching was superb, so it wasn't a total flop,. then jared and i hit up the short north and talked to lauren cooper at emak and bolios. good ice cream, but i could not finish it, which is a first. enough about my boring life. just want to remember it later on. out!
