(no subject)
i haven't started studying for exams yet. and the worst part? i don't care that much. i had a really good time with my parents last night...which is hilarious. it was my mom's birthday so we went to liu pon xi in the short north. there was a glass floor with fish swimming under it. and nearly all of the waiters were men...which was nice. we ordered dim sum and the little dumpling was too cute--though they didn't taste very good. the employees there all have ocd it think because every few minutes they would come over and wipe the table and fold our napkins. and the sinks in the bathroom were automatic but the water came out of bamboo shoots. tres chic. the busboy was adorable: he had a little blonde ponytail and i decided he should go to hampshire with me (if i get in). my parents decided to depress me by talking about how i never have a bexley boyfriend and they asked who i would go to prom with. i didn't know what to say. i was thinking about asking the busboy. after dinner we went to gateway to see brokeback mountain. a bit uncomfortable with my parents, but the movie was outstanding. and the boys? wow....... we went home and got sundaes from graeters and then passed out. cute night. good times.
