Musings on the Babyshambles album...

Now I'm not really the best person to be judging this seeing as I've never been much of a 'Shambles fan but what the hey.

La Belle Et La Bête - My favourite probably and I must say Kate sounds good on it.
Pipe Down - I likes it but P-Doddy needs to take his own advice, eh? PUT THE PIPE DOWN!
Killamangiro - What the fuck is with this version? It's so fucking lazy, he can't be arsed to sing half the words, it's not "shambolic", it's just plain bad.
Fuck Forever - Fine, sounds just like the single, s'alreet like.
Pentonville - Ok, just... what the Hell? Hahahhaa oh sweet baby Jesus, MA BREADBIN PETE DOH-CAH-TEE!!! Ahhhh... The General + Peter = LOVE!
Albion - Right, well, when I first heard the Radio Rip of this earlier tonight it broke my heart, I fucking despised it and what tiny shred of Love&Respect I had left for Peter went right out the window but it doesn't sound quite so bad on the album but I will still always hold the original fiercely close to my heart and I'm still a little angry.
Back From the Dead - Much prefer the original version that was on the For Lovers single.
The Rest - Alright, boring, nothing special.
Overall - 6/10 I'd say but of course this is just my humble oppinion and it's like I said, not that big a fan in general.
I think 'Shambles fans will be happy though so that's good, eh?

Apart from that I have been listening to Charles and Eddie, Smokey Robinson, Otis Redding & Tammi Terrell, The Four Tops, Marvin Gaye, The Foundations, Ben E. King, Billie Holiday & Louis Armstrong, Sam Cooke, McFly & Busted [don't ask but OH HELL IT'S ACE], Jon Bon Jovi and Kermit the Frog.
And hot DAMN, am I feeling good!
I said to Alex that if the Four Tops sang to me on my birthday with their flares and big lapels and cheesy grins and ace backing singer choreographed moves that would basically complete me.
Alex rather spoiled the dream by saying, "Aren't they all dead?"
Cunt <3
If Stand By Me [the Ben E. King version of course] doesn't stir you up inside then I reckon you're a little bit dead.
Sorry.

Ha, Damo just got back from a Playboy Party, said it was full of scantily clad ladies and rich ole bastards and he wished he'd brought me with him [Oh, what a charmer!], I dig that, it's now my ambition to go to one of those in my life, shimmy on in with those sweet lil' bunnies.
Jaysus, am I a sleazy old fella or what?
Shwiiiiing!
