Saying Goodbye
It is time to say goodbye to one of my very dear friends. She has been very good and dependable for the last five years. We spent everyday together, and many times spent hours together in silence. One of our favorite activities was listening to music together. We went for many trips together, short and long. Over the years, she made many new friends. When we were apart for a year while I was in Toronto, I thought about her a lot and wondered how she was doing. When I came back home, she was waiting eagerly for me and just begging to go for a drive. Goodbye lovely Kia Rio. I will miss you.
So yeah, tomarrow I am getting my new car. It didn't fully hit me until I was cleaning my junk out of the Rio tonight. It was kinda sad. Now I look at the car and don't see any of my stuff hanging from my rearview mirror or my Winnie the Pooh stuff, or my teddy bear that rides on the dash. It doesn't look like my car anymore. But I am very excited about the Spectra. It has a few more features than the Rio and it has more power. I hope it is as reliable.
