I am assuming it is probably going to be $75 like it was last year in Houston.

But who knows. I wish they would say something, I want to make 100% sure something is happening so I can make my arrangements to go to LA.

I just got a very nice (albeit disappointing) voicemail from someone at the Space Frontiers Foundation, saying the reception had to be cancelled to to a schedule conflict (Lance's). So I guess it's official now.
