Dude, when I ran the drugstore, I swear I had that very same guy come into my store! Amazing. I actually had to threaten calling the cops to finally get him to leave.
Another time we had a guy freak out so bad (over cigarette prices) that we did have to call the cops, and they had to stay and walk us all to our cars at the end of the night.
Ah, the lovely times of retail. I don't miss it.
(PS Do you guys sell Carolina by Caroline Hererra? I bought a bottle the weeks Saks in NYC was first putting it out, and now want another bottle, but can't find it in Cincinnati. If Sephora had it, I would hunt down a store!!)
