This isn't the normal thing for me to do, but after reading this article and emails from a lot of other people, I have decided never to use Orbitz. Their costumer service sucks, and they are not helpful at all. I just wanted to post the link so that anyone who reads my journal can see how much they suck, and hopefully stop using them. Anyway, without further ado:
