yes, friends, i am in oklahoma. and it is damn hot.
my apartment is great. and the one roomie who has moved in is really cool...we made a wal-mart run today for some apt. essentials.
i had to spend the first night in the apartment alone...which was very very odd. and it occured to me that i have never lived alone. even when i had my own room in mckay, brandy and catherine were 2 steps away. it's odd. i've been doing a lot of thinking...and realizing...and it's been both good and bad. but certainly interesting.
we have our first cast meeting on sunday so i'm basically doing a whole lot of nothing until then. which is becoming boring really really quickly. i can only watch will & grace on dvd for so many hours...
i took some pictures of the new place this afternoon...as soon as i get the computer situation figured out (i'm in the apt. computer lab right now), i'll post them up. tulsa is not at all what i expected...well, i haven't seen all of it. but the parts i have seen are not at all what i expected.
FPTAs went really well. Florida Rep. was my first choice for a job and they called me yesterday as I was driving through Arkansas to offer me the position. i'll be there from September to June as an intern...which means lots of hours of work, the possibility of being in some of their mainstage shows (which are AMAZING) and 9 months worth of Equity points. Which is flippin fantastic. so i'm totally thrilled. i can't believe i have the next year of my life planned out...it's insane.
well, i'm back to my boring adult life. yes, adult. i have an apartment and i'm paying rent.
i love and miss you all already. please call me between now and sunday people...i have a feeling that i'll just be sitting by my phone waiting for it to ring.
