Weekend Update
Friday - Didn't do too much throughout the day. Accounting was cancelled, which was a plus, so I only had one class. Then I napped and bummed around, played a little Tiger Woods Golf. Everyone seemed to be gone, except the guy next door, so we went to play basketball then went out to eat to a Vietnamese restaurant. He is Vietnamese and taught me how to use chopsticks so I ate my meal with them. I was so proud of myself. Then when we got back I filled out my absentee ballot when Kelsey IMs me wanting to go to Perkins because she just got off of work and was starving. So I went and had some dessert then we went back and watched National Lampoons Senior Trip and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Quite a difference in selections, then I called it a night.
Saturday - Bummed around till 4 at which point I headed out to U of I. This one girl from the 1st floor, Katie, allowed me to borrow her car since she did not need it. I was so surprised and happy. I wanted to visit for the longest time and was finally able to do so. I especially wanted to go this weekend because Janicek rented out the top floor of a bar for a party. And at U of I you only need to be 19 to get into the bars. Jed did not want to go because he didn't feel well plus he didn't want to use another guys ID again since he's not 19 yet and last time the bouncer looked very carefully at the ID but still let him in. So I went over with Steve at around 11. Lots of people I knew were there, which was cool and it was definitely good times. I saw Gigi there and she was drinking...never thought I'd ever see that happen. We stayed till closing time then walked all the way back to Jed's place where I crashed for the night.
Sunday - Drove back at about 1 and all I did once I got back was watch football and the World Series to see the Red Sox win again!! Very unproductive, yet luckily I've got nothing due Monday, but that will just add so much work to do this week. Damn you procrastination!! Oh well...it's nothing new.
