Wedding complaint . . .
beginning of rant/
So, I keep being asked stuff about the wedding. And it bothers me b/c IF I KNEW THAT I'D TELL YOU!!!!
The last month and a half has been REALLY busy for us, and neither I nor my sweetie have had time to sit and hash out tons of details yet. We plan to over the next week or so now that things have calmed down.
What's been so crazy, well lets list:
Me:
>Most of my kids are turning 3, which means 2-3 meetings PER KID (I have 5 of them right now) to set up their goals for the rest of the year, summer AND next school year. This means I am spending HOURS at meetings each week and in setting up and testing the kids for results for the meetings. Not to mention I picked up 2 new students, which means FULL work-ups and books on each.
>I'm over-worked right now, I have too many families and I am trying to cut back. But it's easier then it sounds. IA have to find replacements for me in the home for at least 4 families. That's not easy, and I can’t just STOP working with the family and leave them in the lurch for 2 months.
>The weather has been hitting me hard. Hot, cold, snow, and rain ALL IN ONE DAY! Which means I've had a migraine headache EVERY SINGE DAY almost all of January.
>My Mom is going in for surgery, again, on her shoulder. It means 2 weeks of prepping things so that she didn't have to work for the 5 weeks she will be incapacitated.
Add in all the holidays, and you have chaos!
Sweetie:
>End of the year at the bank, BIG DEAL! VERY BIG DEAL! Hard to explain but TRUST Me, it means he has to get double the amount of work in half the time.
>First MONTH of the year at the bank, ALSO VERY BIG DEAL.
>Bronchitis and a double ear infection for ALMSOT 5 WEEKS B/C he would NOT see a Dr. So he was really really sick, and I was taking care of him, myself, and the housework he usually does.
>Working 9-5 during the week, working 6AM - 5PM on Sat and Sun.
And that is barely even the TIP of the iceberg.
So, when you get the urge to ask us for MORE details on our wedding, please hold your tongue. I PROMISE when I get more details I WILL TELL YOU! But if I haven’t told you, I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!
