Grr. I hate LJ sometimes. I'm trying to upload an icon and it's making it impossible!!
So Westbrook was really really fun. I forgot how fun horse shows really are. And I discovered an amazing new talent of mine!! I can take really good pictures!!! In fact, I'm going to start a private little business for our barn. You see, at horse shows, big companies take candid pictures and pictures of riders and horses while jumping. They charge $40 a picture and they're usually okay pictures. However, they do not care about the horse really or who the rider is. They take one picture a round.
Me? I plan to go with a rider to the ring and take 3 or so pictures, depending on the angle. And at first, I won't charge, but my mom thinks that people will probably tip me because I'll be following them to the ring and stuff like that. Fieldstone is the next show, so I'll do it there. Then after that "preview" show, I'll charge $20 a picture. So if 10 horses come (which is likely) I have the ability to make $200! And if people are willing to buy one picture for 40$, maybe they'll buy two of mine, so I could make $400!!!! I'm really excited.
I'll put up the picture of Fritzy and my sister later. I was erally happy because Mitch seemed impressed with it. Also, Kathy was impressed by how much I worked. She told my mom that every time she walked in the barn I was working =D
