Proof that it's all about the camera angles...
One of the reasons that I instinctively approve of Matt Smith as the Doctor is that he's... well, a bit weird looking. What with the no eyebrows thing, and the hair and the chin.
So, I'm skimming through who_daily this morning while I'm having my Chex and orange juice, looking at some new promo pics from the BBC, when one in particular catches my eye.
"Whoa; who's the hottie?" I ask rhetorically.
And, as you can see, given a certain lighting and a certain camera angle... Who is the hottie. (Sorry, couldn't resist.) It threw me for a bit of a loop, honestly. I don't want the next Doctor to be hot.
That said, I know exactly which photographer I want to hire the next time I need pictures taken. :-)
