Yeah, I'm very happy about it. XD
I have always liked cold or at least cool weather more than warm or hot, so I'm fairly pleased now. It feels christmasy and everything is dead quiet, even crows are silent - but maybe it's just that they are hoarse now, as they have been screeching something awful since early September.
Right now I'm getting ready for one of my teaching jobs and then I'm leaving - my former boss is taking me to sushi dinner tonight! Mmm. So glad. Feels like a nice preview to the general debauchery that shall take place during my December visit to Japan. I've been wondering what I might eat this time, as Ochanomizu University is giving us some decent money and I don't mean to use it all on X-Japan goodies and books.
What to eat? We have Japanese food quite often, I've been through sushi (tons and tons of sushi), sashimi (seas of sashimi!), all kinds of noodles and donburi and okonomiyaki and natto and stuff... I've had oden (mmmm! oden is a must - at least twice a month!), miso and devoured dishes and dishes of kareraisu and mountains of tofu. So none of this basic stuff - or, to be more exact, something more than this basic stuff (that I will have anyway). Any recommendation? Please?
